Purchase & Shipping

The listed pot prices above exclude packaging and shipping (delivery) charges. Shipping charges around Australia are likely to be somewhere between $25 to $35. Shipping charges are generally based on size, more than weight and so with the larger pots it is often not much more to ship two pots than one.

Shipping will be arranged with an agency that offers insurance, tracking and proof of delivery. These services will be included in the shipping cost.

If you would like to make an inquiry about shipping charges to your location for a particular pot, please email me at  spcullum@gmail.com and I will then let you know the shipping charge for your address. Packaging costs will be about $6.

 How to pay

Payments can be made by Paypal or by direct deposit.

There are no costs to opening an account with Paypal and it is an effective and easy way to make secure payments online. It is a widely used and trusted world-wide facility.

Loss or Damage

I will take every care to pack all parcels to a high standard to ensure your goods arrive safely, securely and in perfect order, but cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage in transit. All packages will be insured. If goods are received damaged please take photographic evidence and retain all packaging to support a claim.

Return Policy

You may return new, unused pots, within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping costs and insurance are the responsibility of the purchaser. Items should be returned packed and shipped, at least to the standard of the original delivery. A refund of the listed pot price will be made when the pot is received in good order.

Photography

I reserve the right to use photographs of pots, both ready made and commissions, in portfolio displays and otherwise to exemplify work undertaken.
